Ped Boundary Growth From 150 To 255

This is a modification of Tuxick Scripthook to permit 255 peds spawning over the default 150

Details:

Since nosotros don’t arrive at got RPF editing yet, nosotros can’t increment the puddle size for peds. This modernistic does that together with then nosotros don’t arrive at got to wait. It increases the max spawnable Peds from 150 to 255.

Again, I don’t accept whatever credit for this except the code from the pastebin link above.

Also included is a fixed epic.bat file, inward representative anybody is wondering, the 1 alongside the official unloosen 0.2.3 is currently messed upwards together with then I went ahead together with changed it together with then it should survive out of the box on epic launcher too.
